CWITA members are working hard to grow collaborative pathways and partnerships with the K-16 educational system and to enhance the image of information technology careers. CWITA understands that to build and strengthen the IT talent pipeline that the business and educational communities need to work together on a variety of initiatives. Mentorship Program

CWITA’s Mentorship Program’s goal is to provide support and guidance for students seeking a career in the IT profession by providing ongoing mentoring, coaching, and support to mentees. Currently, the CWITA Mentorship Program is targeted at students participating in two and four year higher education programs at Northcentral Technical College, Mid-State Technical College, and UW-Stevens Point.
